About eight months ago I got a FitBit. It’s a little pedometer that syncs your steps to your iPhone. You can set step goals, win badges based on how many steps you take, and compete against your friends for who walks the most.
So far I have lost just over ten pounds (2012 News Years Resolution complete).
But in order to for this exercise program to work, you have go out for walks. Lots of walks.
In the new year, I will be trying to post photos from my walks. Hopefully I will see some interesting things.
